Sexual health and education can significantly change your day-to-day life, sometimes without you even knowing. That’s why general sexual health checks are recommended to be done semi-annually with the exception of any irregularities, which should be promptly presented to a doctor. During your sexual health check, you can discuss with your doctor any complications you may be experiencing during intercourse such as pain or discomfort, undergo a pregnancy test, contraceptive options, testing for STI’s & STD’s, general advice on remaining sexually healthy, Cervical Screening test (previously known as the Pap Smear) and any other concerns or questions you may have.
